Last week, we began this series, Storyline which is all about living a life that at the end of it, we can say it is “Well Done!” We talked about how we all face problems and that we need a guide to help us through them. - Why do you think people let other people guide them? Share an example of how you let someone else guide you and why. How does it feel to let someone else guide you? Do you like that feeling or are you uncomfortable with it?
- Please read John 10:14-30. What parts of this story stand out to you? When you think of Jesus as a shepherd, what comes to mind? Which parts of Jesus being your shepherd do you like? Which parts of Jesus being your shepherd make you uncomfortable and why?
- Jesus says that His sheep know His voice. How well do you know Jesus’ voice? How could you get to know His voice better? What advantages are there to recognizing His voice more easily?
- Are you letting Jesus lead you in every aspect of your life? If so, how does that make you feel? If not, what keeps you from letting Him guide you? What do you want from Jesus? Is what you want different from what He offers? What’s your next step?
