We’re also starting a brand new series answering Jesus’ question of “Who do you say I am?” This is such a core question to understanding what life with Jesus in it is all about. We’re looking forward to seeing you here this Sunday at 9 or 10:30am.

Small Group Questions

  • What comes to mind when you think of “image management”? Negative thoughts or positive thoughts? Why? How could “image management” be bad? How could “image management” be good?
  • In Mathew 16:13-16, Jesus asks His followers, “Who do you say I am?” Why do you think Jesus asked them that question? How does their answer to that question impact the way they live their lives? How would Jesus impact your life if He were simply a great teacher? If He were simply a prophet? If He were simply a man?
  • Please read Hebrews 1:1-3. Who is Jesus depicted to be in this passage? How would Jesus being the controller of the universe impact your life? How would Jesus being the creator of the universe effect your life? How would Jesus being your redeemer effect your life? How would Jesus being God effect your life?
  • What changes would need to take place in your life if Jesus really is God? Do you believe Jesus is God? If so, why? If not or not yet, why not? What would convince you He is? Have you ever truly lived like Jesus is God? If you did, do you think life would be better or worse? Why?
