Kijani Farm Mission Trip

We will be heading to Kijani Farm in Kenya for a Mission Trip from May 31 - June 13 or 14. If you have any further questions or are interested in going, email Harry. You can also attend the Information Meeting on January 15 at 10:00am in The Landing.

Who will we be serving:
Kijani Farm is a gospel-centered community development project founded by Brian and Heather Dellamater in 2016. Located in Southern Kenya, Kijani Farm serves the Maasai people, ministering through the KIJANI FIVE (clean water, access to healthcare, education, job training and spiritual growth) as a method to create doorways to the gospel and discipleship. 
What will I do?
  • Be a light to the people of Kenya
  • Work with children in the school
  • Help teachers develop skills and best practices (great opportunity if you are a teacher)
  • Light construction and maintenance
  • Care for and pray with Kijani Farm staff
  • Engage in sports activities, i.e., soccer and volleyball
  • Work the agriculture and chicken farm
  • Possibly provide aid in drought relief to the people in the village

How much will this cost?
  • Approximate Cost: $3,500
  • Down payment of approximately $2,000 by April 16
  • Balance by May 21
